Rogue
Rogues are better at ranged combat than any other class. Beginning with a Strength of 20 places the Rogue at a slight disadvantage when trying to carry heavy weapons, but the rogue relies more on light bows than on steel swords. Do not let this Attribute flounder, however, because better bows require more strength to fire as the pull tensions get greater. A value of 15 on Magic giving them 22 mana to start, means Rogues can dabble in the arcane arts, but still does not make them magic-users by any means. The Rogues primary skill is that of speed and accuracy, and to this end the Rogue begins with a value of 30 in Dexterity due to their extreme training at the academy. William Tell could have been a Rogue since they split skulls with their bows at 50 paces. Keep this skill increasing so that your Rogue becomes an expert marksman and you shall never engage a beast in hand-to-hand combat. Finally a Rogue has Vitality of 20 which allows them to begin with a life force of 45. This is not as critical in a Rogue as a Warrior because they engage in far less hand-to-hand combat, but do not neglect this skill for ranged attacks by others can also damage you. Rogues also learn to identify and disarm traps. This becomes a useful skill in the labyrinth when opening chests. Use a Rogue if you like to concept of using bows instead of swords. Skill
